How Ordering Works

Ordering through Pentimate Space is simple.

1. The inmate requests the service they want through our communication process.

2. A unique 6-digit inmate code is provided to the inmate.

3. The inmate shares that code with their loved one or supporter.

4. The loved one visits Pentimate Space and selects the service or package they want to purchase.

5. Before checkout, the 6-digit inmate code must be entered in the required field.

6. Once payment is received and the code is verified, the requested service will begin.

Important

Please make sure the inmate code is entered correctly when placing the order. This helps us process services quickly and accurately.

Orders cannot be processed without the 6-digit code provided by the inmate.

If you do not have the code, please contact the inmate before placing your order.
